₹2,302 Missing After BDG Game Withdrawal Marked “Completed”
I made a withdrawal request from my BDG Game account via bank transfer on January 28, 2026, for an amount of ₹2,302 to my SBI bank account. My game UID is u454756846, and the withdrawal order ID is 69797cbec99dfec84e2dcc6a. In the game system, the transaction status is shown as “completed,” but the money has still not been credited to my bank account.
I have contacted BDG Game customer support three times regarding this issue, but I have not received any response, and my problem remains unresolved. I request that my missing withdrawal amount of ₹2,302 be credited to my SBI bank account as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear explanation of where the transaction is currently stuck and when I will receive my money.
