Ted Baker Coat Develops Severe Pilling in Less Than 20 Days

Approximately one month ago, I purchased a Ted Baker London coat from the Ted Baker London store at Mall of Istanbul because I genuinely liked the product and trusted the brand. However, less than 20 days after purchasing it, the fabric on the back of the coat began to fray, and extensive pilling developed. I immediately took the coat back to the store and requested that it be inspected.

After the inspection, I was informed that the deformation was not related to the manufacturing process and that no manufacturing or fabric defect had been found. I absolutely cannot accept being told that there was no manufacturing defect in a product that experienced this level of deterioration within such a short period, nor can I accept the brand refusing to stand behind its product.

I am extremely disappointed that a coat I purchased at a high price because I trusted the brand has deteriorated so badly in such a short time, and that I have subsequently had to deal with this frustrating process. I request that the coat be accepted as a return and that this issue be resolved by refunding my purchase.
