Ted Baker Jeans Button Breaks After Just Two Wears
I purchased a pair of Ted Baker jeans from the Boyner Akasya store on August 8. I was only able to wear the jeans twice, and after the second time I wore them, the button broke off and separated into two pieces. Experiencing this kind of problem after such a short period, especially with a brand like Ted Baker, was extremely disappointing given the level of quality I expected from the brand.
On August 15, I brought the jeans to Boyner customer service, and they sent the product for inspection. From the beginning, I have specifically requested that the jeans be replaced with a new pair rather than repaired. However, despite all this time having passed, I still have not been informed of the inspection results. I find it unreasonable for the process to take this long, especially since this is a relatively simple issue involving a broken button.
I also checked Ted Baker’s global website and noticed that the exact jeans I purchased are not listed there. This has raised concerns for me regarding the authenticity of the product. I believe the product is defective, and I request that it be replaced as soon as possible with a new product of the same brand and size, without any repair being performed. I also expect Boyner to handle the inspection process and customer communication in a faster and more transparent manner.
