I Bought a Barbour Jacket and It Pilled and Discolored After Just One Wear

I bought a Barbour brand jacket as a gift for my spouse from Soylu Store, expecting quality from such a reputable name. But the very first time it was worn, it developed white pilling and strange discoloration on the fabric. This is absolutely unacceptable — a jacket of this price and supposed quality should never show such defects after just one use.
Thinking it could be a one-off issue, I tried to reach Soylu Store’s customer service to report the problem. I called multiple times, and each time I waited on hold for over 20 minutes, only to be left hanging with no one answering. It became clear I wasn't the only one dealing with issues — it feels like many others must be trying to contact them, also in vain.
I’m beyond frustrated. I spent a significant amount of money on this gift, and not only did it turn out to be faulty, but I also can’t even find a single human being to speak with about resolving the issue. How are customers supposed to trust a store when they completely ignore complaints?
