I bought a Barbour brand jacket as a gift for my spouse from Soylu Store, expecting quality from such a reputable name. Thinking it could be a one-off issue, I tried to reach Soylu Store’s customer service to report the problem. I called multiple times, and each time I waited on hold for over 20 minutes, only to be left hanging with no one answering. It became clear I wasn't the only one dealing with issues — it feels like many others must be trying to contact them, also in vain.
