Mavi Coat Armhole Seam Damage Rejected As User Error
I purchased a Mavi coat from the Gaziantep Forum store about two years ago. I only wore the coat a few times last winter, and when I started using it again this winter, I noticed damage and deformation in the armhole area and seams. Considering how rarely I have used it, it is not normal for a coat to show such wear in such a short time. I called Mavi customer service, explained the situation, and was asked to send the product for review. I sent the coat in for inspection 10 days ago, and today I received a message stating that the problem was considered user error. I absolutely do not accept this assessment, because I have not worn this coat even ten times, and I have used it with normal care. I request that my coat, which is under the product inspection number M010463 - 34332004, be carefully re-examined and that the product be exchanged. If I had made this purchase abroad, the company would most likely be obliged to replace a product that has deformed in such a short time and with so little use, without hesitation. I kindly ask for a fair re-evaluation and a solution in the form of a product exchange.
