Hugo Boss Sweater Shrunk After The First Wash Despite Proper Care
I purchased a Hugo Boss knit sweater in December from the Boss store located in Istanbul Optimum Mall. After washing the product only once at 30 degrees, I noticed that the sweater had significantly shrunk and become noticeably smaller.
Considering both the quality expectations associated with the Hugo Boss brand and the amount I paid for the product, this situation seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
I washed the sweater exactly according to the instructions stated on the care label, yet experiencing such severe deformation after the very first wash is absolutely unacceptable to me.
I attempted to contact both the store and customer service regarding this issue, but I was unable to reach any responsible representative and did not receive any response or assistance concerning my complaint.
For this reason, I request either a replacement for the defective knit sweater or, if replacement is not possible, a full refund of the amount I paid.
I ask that my complaint be reviewed carefully and that my customer grievance be resolved quickly in a way that ensures proper customer satisfaction.
