Dockers Winter Coat Lets Rain Through Despite Inspection Claims

For many years I have preferred Dockers products, however the quality of the last items I purchased, especially the winter coat, and the brand’s approach to its customers have seriously disappointed me. I bought a winter coat via Dockers.com.tr in 2025 and from the very first use, at the first rain, the coat started letting water straight through even in the lightest rain. A coat sold as a winter product to be used in cold and rainy weather should not be this weak and non‑functional, and this situation is completely incompatible with the quality I expect from the brand. After experiencing this problem, I sent the product twice for inspection. However, the result of the inspection stated that the problem on the coat was user‑induced deformation and the product was returned to me without any action. Despite using the coat correctly and for its intended purpose, being told that the fault was caused by me is both illogical and an approach that completely ignores customer satisfaction. The only suggestion I was given when I contacted customer service was to send the coat again, and no real step was taken to compensate for my negative experience. It is unacceptable that a product sold as a winter coat lets through even the slightest rain. I therefore request an exchange with a coat that is genuinely water‑resistant and suitable for rain and cold weather conditions. I would like this long‑standing negative experience to be resolved, otherwise, as a customer who has been using Dockers for about twenty years, I will no longer choose the brand due to the decline in product quality and service after the distributor change.
