Boyner Ted Baker Bag Arrives Stained and Return Is Blocked

I purchased a Ted Baker bag from Boyner’s online store on August 27. When the product was delivered, I noticed that there was a stain on the bag. I wanted to initiate a return, but the order still appears as “in transit” in my orders section. Because of this, I am unable to exercise my 14-day legal return right and am being unfairly inconvenienced. My order number is **4156431226**.

I contacted customer service today and was told that a return code would be sent to me, but I have not received any return code so far. The delivery address is in Ankara, Türkiye. I have not taken any other steps to return the product. I purchased the bag for approximately **$70**.

I am requesting either a full refund or a gift card. I kindly ask Boyner to resolve this issue as soon as possible and ensure that I am able to return the stained product without losing my return rights.
