I received my return code about a week ago, and my address is in Sultangazi, Istanbul. When I initiated the return, the system indicated that the item would be picked up from my address, but it has now been a week, and the return status still shows “in transit.” No courier has come to collect the package.
I’ve tried to contact Lefties customer service, but I haven’t received any response or assistance. I request that a courier be assigned immediately to pick up the return and that my refund be processed as soon as possible. I ask that my issue be resolved urgently, as this delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
