I Face Return Pickup Delay for Lefties Order 90070596882

I purchased a jacket from Lefties, but since the size didn’t fit, I requested a return for my order (Order No: 90070596882). I received my return code about a week ago, and my address is in Sultangazi, Istanbul. When I initiated the return, the system indicated that the item would be picked up from my address, but it has now been a week, and the return status still shows “in transit.” No courier has come to collect the package.

I’ve tried to contact Lefties customer service, but I haven’t received any response or assistance. I request that a courier be assigned immediately to pick up the return and that my refund be processed as soon as possible. I ask that my issue be resolved urgently, as this delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
