In December 2023, I participated in the "TEB's 500 TL Bonus for Clothing, Accessories, Cosmetics, Shoes, and Grocery Shopping" campaign through the CepteTeb mobile application. On 26.12.2023 at 12:48, I made a purchase of 508.40 TL, and on 28.12.2023 at 12:38, a purchase of 537.56 TL at the grocery store. As CepteTeb uses the Bonus credit card, I alerted the cashier to ensure the transaction occurred through the Bonus POS; however, it was processed through the Garanti Bank POS, as indicated on the attached receipts with the Garanti logo.

In previous months, I participated in CepteTeb campaigns at the same store without encountering such an issue. On 09.01.2024, the expected 100 TL Bonus was not credited to my account. I have attached screenshots of the campaign details and receipts as evidence. I request the fulfillment of the commitment made in the "100 TL Bonus for Every Second Purchase Over 500 TL" promotion, as I have faithfully met all campaign requirements. Failure to do so will result in my formal complaint to the Banking Arbitration Board.
