TEB Troy Cashback Not Reflected Despite Campaign Participation Issue
In October 2025, I attempted to join the TEB Troy card campaign offering 10% cashback (up to ₺1000) on grocery purchases through the CepteTeb mobile app. However, every time I tapped the participation button, I received the message “You have an active application.” Throughout October, I made multiple qualifying grocery purchases with my TEB Troy card. My card is active and fully usable, with no blocks or cancellations. Despite this, the cashback I earned was not reflected in my account on November 7. When I contacted customer service, they told me I was not registered for the campaign and that they could not assist me. Even though the app confirmed my participation, my rightful cashback was not issued, causing a clear issue. I have participated in the same campaign with my other banks’ Troy cards and did not experience this problem. Since I fulfilled all the campaign requirements, I request that my reward be credited to my account. I kindly ask for a thorough review and resolution of this matter.
