Garanti BBVA Did Not Credit My Bonus After Using the Bonus in Hepsiburada Purchase
On 24.09.2024, I made a ₺1500 purchase from Hepsiburada. I was originally going to spend less, but in order to earn ₺125 bonus from Garanti Bonus, I used ₺500 bonus. I think it was about 10 minutes after the purchase, around 21:27, when I called Garanti customer service and said that my bonus hadn't been credited, and that I had used a bonus. I asked if that was the reason, and if so, I would cancel the purchase and make it again. However, I was told there was no issue and that my bonus would be credited. I trusted them. When the bonus wasn't credited by the end of the day, I called again and was told, "You used a bonus, so you can't benefit from this." I trusted the previous representative, so I'm kindly requesting that my ₺125 bonus be credited. If I don't get a result here, I will file a complaint with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
