TEB Bank Did Not Reflect the ₺500 Bonus on My Card After ₺539 Purchase

My statement from TEB Bank showed a ₺500 bonus if I spend ₺500, according to a communication I got on August 25, 2025. On the last day of August, when the deadline to participate was, I spent ₺539 using my card that ended in 2531. I was informed on September 9 that my statement would reflect the 500 ₺. Nothing has happened despite my calling customer support at least five or six times to confirm this. Getting false information, particularly from a financial institution, is frustrating. I anticipate honesty and precision whenever a bank offers a promotion. I'm still not sure who I can trust with my money because of how disheartening it is to feel mislead.
