Garanti BBVA Failed to Credit My Bonus After Meeting Spending Requirement
I was called by Garanti Bank in the first week of November and informed that if I spent ₺500 on my credit card by November 15 or 16, I would receive a ₺500 bonus, expiring on December 6. I made the required purchase by buying a ₺500 Opet fuel card through the Vodafone Pay app. After the bonus deposit deadline passed, I called Garanti Bank’s customer service twice and filed a complaint about the missing bonus, but they still haven’t credited it. Every time I call, they keep saying the issue is under review without providing any clear answers. If I don’t follow up, they seem likely to ignore the bonus entirely. I request that Garanti Bank deposit my bonus as promised. I have screenshots proving the fuel card purchase.
