Tchibo Coffee Machine Came Out Scratched and Obviously Used

On November 15, 2022, I purchased a product from Migros; the product was used and scratched when it came out of the box. I took it back to where I bought it, and they said you opened it, and a service report was required. Okay, good. Then I took it home to try it out. The coffee was ice cold thanks to the machine. I sent it to Tchibo technical support, and they responded two days later, saying that we changed the part of your product that you did not clean. I used the product twice, and it has been producing cold coffee since the first use, and the service employee was arrogant, claiming that I purchased the product from Migros, I should contact them. Tchibo products should never be purchased. Is it logical to replace a part on a 3-day-old product? I will take this to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Center.
