Tchibo Cafissimo Picco Not Taking Water After Descaling

We didn’t use our Tchibo Cafissimo Picco capsule coffee machine for a few months, and when we tried to use it again, it showed a cleaning error. Despite multiple attempts with descaling liquid, the machine still refuses to take in water. Although the warranty has expired, it’s disappointing that the machine developed this issue so quickly. We have been loyal Tchibo customers since the brand came to Turkey, and we have always enjoyed their products, but this situation has left us feeling let down. We expected more reliability from a Tchibo product, and we hope a solution can be provided.
