How to File a Lost-Bag Complaint with Eurowings After Your Flight

On June 30, 2025, on my flight from Cologne to Barcelona (flight EW522), I left my waist bag on the plane. Despite all my efforts, no one addressed my situation. My wallet and phone were inside that bag. Because I was seated at the very back, I was one of the last to disembark the aircraft. The cleaning staff should have found the bag.

I demand that my rights in relation to Eurowings and the aircraft personnel be upheld, and that my urgent grievance be remedied.
