Swatch Refused to Replace My Watch Strap Despite Warranty and Quality Issues


The strap on my Swatch watch, which I bought thinking it was under warranty, has gotten yellow as time has passed. I sent the product in for inspection, and they told me that the strap isn't covered by the warranty, even though I was promised it would be when I bought it. The warranty document I shared doesn’t mention any exclusions for the strap, which makes things a bit unclear for me. I'm really disappointed with Swatch for not keeping their promise and for selling something that falls apart so quickly. I thought I would get better quality and support from a brand like this. I'm asking Swatch to replace the strap according to the warranty or to offer a fair solution to this problem.
