I purchased the Huawei Watch GT3 SE on June 5, 2023, and within just a few months, the silicone straps began to deteriorate significantly, with multiple tears in five to six places. When I reached out to customer service to address the issue under warranty, I was told that the watchband is not covered. Instead, they simply sent me a link to purchase a replacement. It's disappointing that a brand like Huawei doesn’t stand behind the quality of its watchbands. I expected more durability and support for a product at this price point. This experience has discouraged me from purchasing Huawei products again. I would appreciate it if Huawei could address this situation responsibly.
