Swatch Refusal of Refund for Unused Watches

On Sunday, June 1, 2025, I purchased two watches from the Swatch store in Mall of Istanbul. Since I found them to be impractical, I returned to the store the next day, Monday, June 2, 2025, to request a refund without ever using the products. I had kept the receipt and the products were in perfect, unused condition. Despite this, the store staff (S****) informed me in a very rude manner that they do not accept returns and only offer exchanges. I reminded them that consumers have rights under Turkish consumer protection laws, but my concerns were dismissed without consideration. I am reaching out due to this unacceptable attitude. I am requesting a full refund; otherwise, I will take the matter to the Consumer Court.
