I recently went to the Swatch store in Mall of Istanbul to pick up my watch from service, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. The staff seemed completely unaware of how to communicate respectfully with customers. Their responses to basic questions were either dismissive or vague, making the whole interaction frustrating. When I asked specific questions about my watch, they either ignored my inquiries or provided irrelevant answers. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was astonishing, especially from a brand like Swatch. I hope Swatch takes immediate action to improve their staff’s customer service skills, as this experience was highly unsatisfactory.
