Dear Swatch Customer Service, I am writing to express my concern regarding the inadequate information provided at the time of purchase at your [Swatch Hilltown,Istanbul] outlet. I recently bought a Swatch watch, which remains unopened and unused. At the time of sale, no mention was made of a no-refund policy; instead, I was informed only of the possibility of an exchange or a complimentary battery replacement, as indicated on your website. There was no written or verbal notice—neither on the receipt nor in any accompanying documentation—stating that refunds would not be accepted. When I later inquired about a refund, I was simply told that it is not an option, despite having received no prior notification of such a policy. This lack of proper disclosure is a serious breach of my consumer rights. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly. I expect either a reconsideration of the refund option for my unused product or a detailed explanation for the absence of refund information during the point of sale. Should this issue remain unresolved, I will have no alternative but to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
