Got a Swatch watch as a gift from the Pendik Seyran store on February 7th, 2024. The following day, I realized it was defective and returned it without even using it. Once they made sure it hadn't been used, the store sent it to Swatch for repair covered by the warranty. Swatch fixed the watch again but ended up damaging its casing in two spots this time. After seeing these marks, we took it back to the store once more. Today, during my conversation with the staff, they brought up that the same watch had been returned once more. I don't understand why someone would break a new watch and return it, as the store staff mentioned in the support form. I'm really hoping this problem gets sorted out fast; if not, I'll make sure to use all my legal options. I will never purchase from this brand again, and I strongly disapprove of their actions.
