Swarovski Matrix Ring Showed in Stock Online but Was Not Available

On September 14, 2025, I went to the Akasya Mall store to buy a Swarovski Matrix ring because it appeared to be in stock online. However, when I arrived, I was told that the product was actually not available, had been sent to another store as an outlet item, and that the stock information had not been updated. The store staff did not help and showed no interest in resolving the issue. We traveled a long distance, spent time and money, and became exhausted just to purchase this item. I expect the stock information to be updated accurately and an apology from the store staff for the inconvenience we experienced.
