Bershka “Pick Up in 4 Hours” Order Not Ready After Long Wait

On October 2, 2025, at 1:30 PM, I placed an online order through the Bershka Ankamall store and selected the “Pick up in 4 hours” option. When I arrived at the store around 5:30 PM, I was told that my order hadn’t appeared in their system. I ended up waiting for over an hour, but despite the delay, my order was still not delivered.
To make matters worse, the store staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced such poor service, and it completely ruined what should have been a quick, convenient shopping experience.
I request that my order be canceled immediately and that Bershka issue an apology for both the inconvenience I faced and the unprofessional behavior of the store staff. I can share my order details if needed for contact and resolution.
