Swarovski Store Refused to Adjust Watch Strap Despite Warranty
On November 28, 2025, I went to the Swarovski store located in Espark Mall to have the strap of my pink Matrix Bangle watch adjusted. Even though my watch is under warranty, the store staff showed no interest in my request to have the strap shortened and told me they would not perform the service. Their attitude was dismissive, to the point of practically sending me out of the store.
All I requested was to have the strap of my warranted watch adjusted. It is extremely disappointing that they refused to help with such a simple service—one that could easily ensure customer satisfaction—and instead treated me with disrespect.
I am requesting assistance with shortening the strap of my watch and that the inappropriate behavior displayed at the Eskişehir Espark Mall store be investigated and addressed accordingly.
