Unacceptable Negligence and Disrespect From A Brand Like Swarovski




The coating on the ring I purchased from Swarovski wore off in a very short time. Due to what is clearly a manufacturing defect, I handed the product over on the evening of May 1, 2025, requesting an exchange. However, by the next morning, May 2, 2025, I was informed that the inspection had been completed, and the defective product was returned to me without any explanation. It is quite clear that such a rapid so-called inspection cannot be reliable or thorough. Even worse, although the product was obviously defective, the staff failed to identify the issue and offered no proper resolution. My request for an exchange was arbitrarily denied, citing the store owner’s refusal to approve it. It is unacceptable for a global brand to leave decisions like this to the personal discretion of a store owner, showing such a lack of seriousness and professionalism. To make matters worse, the sales representative who dealt with me throughout this process displayed a disrespectful and clearly disinterested attitude. This kind of rude and indifferent behavior is completely incompatible with the Swarovski brand image. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Swarovski, a brand I have trusted and purchased from for years. A customer who relies on a brand’s quality and service should never be treated in this way. I demand that my grievance be resolved immediately.
