On November 19, 2025, I purchased the Ariana Grande X Swarovski bracelet from the Swarovski store in Akasya Mall. After making the payment, I was informed that the item could not be returned and that only an exchange could be made within 14 days. I was in a hurry at the time, so I could not question this policy in detail and left the store with the product.
I bought this item as a gift, but the person I gifted it to wanted to return it. The product has never been used. However, when I called the store on November 26, 2025, the store staff told me that returns are only accepted for online purchases, and due to company policy, physical store purchases cannot be returned—only exchanged.
Considering that the product is completely unused and was purchased as a gift, I do not find it fair that the right to return—available for online purchases—is entirely denied for in-store purchases. I request a full refund for the Ariana Grande X Swarovski bracelet.
