SurveyMonkey Not Working and Support Not Responding

SurveyMonkey isn’t working at all. I don’t know why. Can someone please help? I’m asking the support team to hear me and assist me. I can’t use the platform, and since it’s not working, I also can’t reach the support team to get help. This is really disturbing.
