Ysense Surveys Won’t Open Despite Completed Profile – No Support

Even though my Ysense profile is fully completed and up to date, I can’t access any surveys. The platform keeps telling me to complete my profile, but it’s already done! I’ve tried updating it multiple times, yet nothing changes—no surveys ever open.
To make matters worse, Ysense’s customer support is nonexistent. They claim to have a contact form, but it leads nowhere, making it impossible to get help. Why does Ysense keep rejecting qualified users? This is a complete waste of time and effort! I demand that Ysense fix this issue immediately and actually provide support when users need it. Has anyone found a way to solve this problem? Ysense, stop ignoring your users!
