Surveoo Shows Paid Surveys but None Are Available—No Support Response

I have repeatedly emailed Surveoo about an issue I’ve been experiencing, but I have received no response. As shown in my attached screenshots, the system shows available paid surveys in a red circle, but when I click on them, there are no actual surveys to complete.

At first, I was receiving surveys normally, but then they started sending empty ones, and for the past 15-20 days, I haven’t been able to access any. My earnings are stuck in my account, and I can’t continue using the platform, just like what happened with Apinio. Surveoo has ignored all my emails and failed to resolve the issue. I demand a solution or my money back! Where is customer support?
