Shipment Out For Delivery For Days - Not Delivered To Address
I am writing regarding my shipment with tracking number 23823824122010, which was sent via Sürat Kargo to Hatay Reyhanlı. Since Saturday, the shipment status appears as “out for delivery,” but the product has still not been delivered to my address. Every day, a message is sent stating that the shipment is out for delivery, and towards the evening another message comes saying that the delivery could not be completed and that I should pick it up from the branch. When I contact them, I am told that it will arrive during the day, but it never comes and the same situation repeats. This wastes both my time and my trust in the service. I request that my shipment be urgently delivered to my address without any further delay and that the Reyhanlı branch and those responsible for this process be identified and the necessary disciplinary actions taken. I expect a clear written explanation as to why the delivery has not been made for days despite being shown as out for delivery, and I want this problem resolved as soon as possible.
