My Package Has Been Stuck at the Branch for Two Weeks

My shipment with Sürat Kargo, tracking number 37219173262101, has not been delivered for nearly two weeks. I’m located in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul, and my package is currently at the Sancak Branch. Every day, I receive a message saying “out for delivery,” followed by another saying “you can pick it up from the branch”; then the next day, it says “in delivery” again. I’ve called customer service multiple times—spoken with them four times and submitted several complaints—but no solution has been provided. It’s unacceptable that my package has been sitting at the branch for weeks without being delivered. I purchased this item with online payment, and it was promised to be delivered by the 30th at the latest. However, it still hasn’t arrived, and when I try to pick it up from the branch, they tell me it’s out for delivery and cannot be given to me. I’ve run out of patience. I want to receive my package today and demand that this issue be resolved immediately.
