Delivery Problem With Sürat Kargo

Despite having experienced a similar issue before, I have once again faced the same problem with Sürat Kargo. My shipment with tracking number 00681014218711, containing 3 kg of food products, was sent on October 4, 2025, at 11:09 a.m. I received an SMS on October 6, 2025, at 11:29 a.m., stating that the package was out for delivery and would be delivered the same day. Later, at 5:48 p.m., I received another message saying, “We are on our way; you can receive your delivery using code 3068.” However, the package never arrived, and I received no further updates. Immediately afterward, at 5:49 p.m., I received another SMS stating, “Your shipment could not be delivered due to the package not arriving on the planned delivery day. It will be reattempted on the next business day.” On October 7, 2025, at 11:31 a.m., I again received a message that my package was out for delivery. Later that day, at 5:03 p.m., I called the Sürat Kargo Meydan Branch, which is responsible for the delivery. The operator told me that the messages were automatically sent and that I should disregard them, assuring me that my package would be delivered that day. Shortly after, I received another message saying, “Your shipment could not be delivered due to the area being served only on specific days. You may collect your package from our Meydan branch.” At 5:58 p.m., I called the branch again. This time, another operator assured me that the package would definitely be delivered that day. Despite this, my shipment never arrived, and the people waiting at home were inconvenienced. Moreover, the food product has spoiled due to the delay. The shipment contained 3 kg of jujube fruit (hünnap), with a market value of ₺200 per kilogram. Including the shipping cost, I request full compensation for my loss and a refund of the delivery fee. I would also like to emphasize that I experienced the same issue in 2022, for which no solution was provided. I have only used Sürat Kargo twice, and both times I encountered the same problem. I urgently request that this matter be resolved without further delay.
