Sürat Kargo Marked My Package as Delivered but I Never Received Anything

Sürat Kargo, with tracking number 37242371751515, sent a message saying my package had been delivered, but it is nowhere to be found. When I called the Alibeyköy Sürat Kargo Sağlık branch, they told me it had already been delivered. The next day, they said the package was actually at the branch and would go out for delivery that day. On March 21, they changed their statement again and said, “What package are you talking about? We delivered that on March 20.” In short, my package is missing. I would like to state here that I will be filing complaints with the relevant authorities. I demand that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
