On February 19, 2025, I called the Sürat Kargo Kıraç Branch to inform them that I would not be receiving my package and that it needed to be returned. After this call, I personally visited the branch and spoke with the cashier lady, who assured me that she had initiated the necessary procedures. However, the next day, I noticed that my package was sent out for delivery again. I called once more, clearly stating that I would not be accepting the package and that it was a return. As a result, they removed it from the delivery vehicle. This time, a gentleman answered my call and assured me that the return process had been started. However, on Saturday, the same issue occurred again. Today, February 25, 2025, I realized that my package was once again sent out for delivery and then removed from the vehicle. As a result, my package has been stuck at the branch for a week, and the process has been entirely left to the discretion of the employees. Despite repeatedly requesting a return, I have been misled and ignored, which is completely unacceptable. I formally request an investigation into the actions of the cashier lady and the gentleman at the Kıraç Branch and demand that necessary measures be taken to prevent further customer grievances. As a courier company, it is your responsibility to ensure that the system operates correctly. I expect appropriate action to be taken regarding this operational failure and kindly request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible.
