Supercell suspended my Hay Day account without notice, how can I resolve the issue?

If your Hay Day account was shut down without warning, you can get it back by calling Supercell Support.

Open the game, go to "Settings" > "Help and Support," and then send a message telling them what's going on. Include your player tag, the name of your farm, and information about why you were suspended.

Ask nicely for an explanation of the suspension and for the choice to be looked over again.

If the in-game support doesn't answer or give you a good answer, you can send a support request to the official Supercell Support page (https://supercell.helpshift.com/a/hay-day/).

Give as much information as you can to help us identify your account, and tell us why you think the suspension is unfair.

You can also get in touch with Hay Day through his social media accounts, such as X (@HayDay). Keep copies of everything you say, and be persistent but polite when you follow up.
