Lost My Hay Day Account After Device Change—Supercell Still Won’t Restore It
For about four months, I haven’t been able to access my Hay Day account named “Hira.” After switching phones, I was still able to log into my account for a while on my Samsung Tab S10 FE, but then the account suddenly disappeared, and I have not been able to access it again.
I explained the situation multiple times via email to Supercell ID support and provided proof that the account belongs to me, including my in-game photos and screenshots of my trophies and achievements visible on the Play Store. Despite this, customer support claimed that my account was “not at a high enough level” and refused to assist or return my account. I also have not made any payments on this account.
I request that my account be restored.
I have been unable to log into my Hay Day account, which I have been playing for a long time and have invested effort in, using Supercell ID. I was around level 50 in the game, with trophies and progress, but I have not been able to access my account for about six months. I used the email address [email protected] as the registered email for my farm. When I try to log in with Supercell ID, I do not receive a verification code, and I receive a response by email stating that "a code will not be sent because I am not at a sufficient level." However, as shown in the screenshots I shared, I own a level 50 farm and my trophies are intact. In fact, my friend can view my farm from his own account, meaning my farm is still active and visible; yet I am not allowed to log in. Despite writing multiple times and providing evidence of the situation, my problem has not been resolved. I request that my level 50 Hay Day account be restored so that all my effort is not wasted, and that a verification code be sent via Supercell ID to unlock my account.
