I Face Missing Ads in Hay Day Android — No Free Rewards or Diamonds

I’ve been playing Hay Day on Android for about a month under the username #QL8JQL8RL, but I haven’t received any ads in my account at all. Meanwhile, my son’s account regularly shows ads, yet I haven’t seen a single one. Because of this, I’m missing out on free diamonds, rewards, and other in-game benefits. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game and even used different internet connections, but the problem persists.

When I contacted Supercell support, I received inconsistent responses and no real solution. I may have entered my age incorrectly when creating the account, and now I can’t change it. I request that ads be reactivated on my account and that the rewards I’ve missed due to this issue be compensated. If this problem isn’t resolved, I’m considering deleting the game entirely. I kindly ask for your assistance in fixing this issue.
