While trying to link my Hay Day account to my Supercell ID, my account was unexpectedly locked. I followed the requested recovery process by providing all the necessary details, including my neighborhood name, in-game nickname, and other account information, but I never received any response from the support team.
This is extremely frustrating because I have spent a lot of time progressing in the game, and losing access without any clear explanation or assistance is unacceptable. I even mentioned that other players I know have faced the same issue, yet no action has been taken.
I am requesting that Supercell immediately verify my information and restore my account using my nickname details. I expect my account to be returned to me promptly and for the company to ensure this issue does not affect other players in the future.
