For the past three days, I have been completely unable to access my Hay Day game account. This problem started right after my tablet was reset, and since then, my account access has been fully blocked.
Through the in-game support system, I provided all my account details in full, including my player name (mavi), player tag (#q8rroloc9), level (29), neighborhood name (not yet named), and neighborhood tag (#qrp8jycp). Despite giving complete and accurate information, the support team responded negatively without providing any reason. After that, they stopped responding to my follow-up messages entirely.
I want to regain access to my account and continue the game from where I left off. I am requesting the support team to reopen my case, investigate the matter thoroughly, and restore my access to the account without further delay.
