Hay Day Account Recovery Issue — Supercell Won’t Return My Farm

I can no longer access my level 82 Hay Day account, which I’ve been playing and enjoying for years. My account was linked to Facebook, and after changing my phone, I tried logging in again. This time, the Supercell login option appeared. I connected, but my farm never opened again.
I contacted the Supercell team multiple times through the in-game support section, but they told me the account does not belong to me. However, I have plenty of proof that the account is mine. I can log into my daughter’s account and send screenshots of my own farm, including the farm name, farm tag, neighborhood tag, the screen showing me and my daughter as friends, my friends list, and all other clear details.
I want to recover my level 82 account that I have built and worked on for years. I request that my evidence be reviewed and that my account be returned to me, resolving this issue.
