On March 7, 2026, at 2:15 AM and 4:29 AM, I made in-game purchases in Supercell’s Hay Day via Google, totaling approximately $17. Normally, after each purchase, a receipt is generated and the items are instantly credited to my account. However, in these transactions, no receipts were created, and the items I purchased were never delivered to my account—only the money was deducted from my bank account. I have my bank statement as proof of these payments.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted the in-game support team. I was told to contact my bank, so I submitted a refund request only for the faulty transactions. Despite this, a total of 100 in-game items that I had previously purchased (in 20-unit bundles) were removed from my account, and my account was restricted. Although the company later stated that the restriction had been lifted, it was shortly reimposed without any explanation.
Currently, I am unable to make any purchases on my account or even claim free content, which clearly shows that my account is still under restriction. In summary, I was charged for items that were never delivered, then my existing items were unfairly removed, and my account has been repeatedly restricted without justification.
In my communications with in-game support, I have not received any concrete solution—only delays, vague responses, and contradictory information. As of now, the issue remains unresolved. My player tag is #LVPPUYPCV.
I request that the payments made for the undelivered items be properly reviewed, that the 100 removed in-game items be fully restored to my account, and that the unjust restriction on my account be permanently lifted.
