I have not been able to log into my Hay Day game from my Android device for 6 days. My account tag is #PYPL8CVLG, my game name is gladyatör, and my level is 165. My registered email address is [email protected]. The problem started on Sunday when my daughter reset my phone to factory settings, all my data was deleted, and since I forgot my email address, I contacted the support team. They locked my account and then asked me for a new email address. I gave my new email address and they sent a recovery code, but the login code never reaches my new email address in any way.
I deleted and reinstalled the app, sent an email to the support team, but I have not been able to receive any code for 6 days and cannot access my account. The code never arrives, and I encounter the same problem every time I try.
I urgently request the support team to help me regain access to my Hay Day account linked to Supercell, to send me a new code, and to allow me to log into the game. I demand that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
