Locked Out of My Hay Day Account Due to Recovery Code Issue
I am experiencing a serious issue accessing my Hay Day account after my daughter reset my phone to factory settings, which erased all my data. Initially, I had forgotten the email linked to my game, but once I remembered it, I reinstalled the game and was able to play without problems for a short time. Shortly after, however, my account was locked with a warning that it was being used by others, even though I only logged in from my own second phone. Now, whenever I try to access the game, I am prompted to enter a recovery code, but no recovery code is ever sent. Despite having all my details correct, my account has been locked for nearly a day, and I cannot log in at all. Contacting support has only resulted in automated replies with no real help. My account was registered with the standard free Supercell ID, and I believe neither a location nor device change should have triggered this issue. I urgently request that my account be unlocked and my access restored without further delay.

I have not been able to log into my Hay Day game from my Android device for 6 days. My account tag is #PYPL8CVLG, my game name is gladyatör, and my level is 165. My registered email address is [email protected]. The problem started on Sunday when my daughter reset my phone to factory settings, all my data was deleted, and since I forgot my email address, I contacted the support team. They locked my account and then asked me for a new email address. I gave my new email address and they sent a recovery code, but the login code never reaches my new email address in any way.
I deleted and reinstalled the app, sent an email to the support team, but I have not been able to receive any code for 6 days and cannot access my account. The code never arrives, and I encounter the same problem every time I try.
I urgently request the support team to help me regain access to my Hay Day account linked to Supercell, to send me a new code, and to allow me to log into the game. I demand that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
