Hay Day Account Lost and Cannot Recover Supercell ID Farm

I am a Hay Day player from Egypt, and my farm is linked to a Supercell ID associated with the email address samahalno***gmail.com. About a week ago, I lost access to my farm, and since then, I have not been able to recover my account.

Whenever I try to log in to my Hay Day account using this Supercell ID on my Android phone, the device completely shuts down during the login process. I contacted support and was informed that a verification code had been sent to my email, but despite this, my original farm has not been restored and I still cannot access it.

I request that my Hay Day farm be restored and that access to the account linked to this Supercell ID be reactivated. I also ask that the crashing issue during login be investigated and fixed so I can use the game normally again.

I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible, as I want to participate in the upcoming derby with my original farm.
