I Can’t Access Hay Day Features: Missing Mailbox and Ad Rewards

Hello Supercell, I’ve been emailing your support team for days about serious problems with my Hay Day account, but I haven’t received any response. First, I don’t have an in-game mailbox. While other players know about upcoming events in advance, I’ve been playing blindly for months. Second, my account has never had the option to watch ads. My friends earn rewards like red tickets and exclusive decorations, while I’ve missed out completely. They also reduce machine times through ads, but I can’t. The recent design event didn’t appear for me despite preparing for it, and this has destroyed my motivation. I feel unfairly disadvantaged and can’t enjoy the game anymore. Please resolve these issues and restore what I’ve missed.
