Brawl Stars High Prices, Repeated Maps & Cheaters Issue Unresolved
I would like to file a complaint against Supercell due to several recent issues I’ve been experiencing in Brawl Stars. In particular, when entering Starr Drop or Ranked (Progressive) Mode, I keep getting the same map repeatedly, which makes me feel like the game is intentionally set up for me to lose. This situation is extremely frustrating. In addition, I frequently encounter cheating players in ranked mode, and even though I’ve reported them multiple times using the “Report” button after matches, I’ve received no feedback or resolution.
Furthermore, in-game prices have become excessively high. For example, the Artie character is currently being sold for 399 gems, which is very expensive to purchase. I believe Supercell only prioritizes profit and disregards its players. It has become extremely difficult for players to obtain content or progress without spending a lot of money, and this is very disappointing.
What I expect from Supercell is to review and reduce in-game pricing, make content more accessible, and offer at least one free accessory, item, star power, skin, or character each week. I also request that more effective measures be taken against cheating players and that player complaints be handled more quickly and efficiently.
