Brawl Stars Reward System Gave Skins Instead of Characters After 871 Points

I have been playing Brawl Stars for years and have invested a lot of effort into building up my account (username: Yiitkaanacar00). However, I have become increasingly dissatisfied with the game’s reward system. For example, I collected 871 points to claim the legendary Star reward, but instead of receiving a new character as expected, I was only given a skin. This issue has not happened just once—it keeps repeating with every major reward, leaving me feeling cheated out of the rewards I earned through time and effort.

On top of this, I also spent ₺289 to purchase 170 gems, which I then used to unlock the Stu character. Despite supporting the game financially, I still feel that my efforts are not being rewarded fairly.

I expect Supercell to address this problem in the reward system and ensure that players receive the actual rewards they earn—not downgraded alternatives. I am requesting that the missing rewards be credited to my account and that the system be fixed to prevent other players from facing the same unfair experience.
