Requesting Refund for Unauthorized Codashop Poker Purchases

About 10 days ago my children made unauthorized chip purchases for a Poker game through Codashop, totaling approximately $460. The purchases were made using my credit card, as my card details were saved on the phone, which allowed my children to complete the transactions.
These purchases were made entirely without my knowledge, and this is the first time I have experienced such a situation. I do not have order details or payment receipts, but I kindly ask that you review these transactions and refund the amount charged. Since I have been unable to reach your customer service, I am contacting you here and asking for your assistance.
