I Face Unfair Matchmaking Issues in Supercell Games and Request System Fix

Dear Supercell team, I am reaching out because the matchmaking system in your games has become extremely frustrating. Instead of focusing on creating new skins and cosmetic items, I believe the priority should be fixing the core gameplay issues that affect the player experience every single day. The real problem for many of us is not a lack of new costumes — it is the unbalanced matchups that make the game less enjoyable and discourage long-term play.

I have been experiencing repeated unfair matches where the opposing teams have a clear advantage, making it nearly impossible to compete. This issue significantly impacts player motivation and creates a sense of wasted effort.

I urge Supercell to address and improve the matchmaking algorithm as soon as possible so that players can enjoy fair, skill-based matches. A balanced competitive environment will do far more to retain loyal players than any new cosmetic content.
